Dell Latitude 7490
Apparently my Dell Latitude 7490 has no thunderbolt controller:

Amazon Basics Thunderbolt Hub
I use Amazon Basics hub. It does the job. Realtek 8153 USB-to-Ethernet chip stopped working though. I wish it were 2.5 Gbps Ethernet but it is not. I use the hub with MacBook Pro.
Dell WD19TB Thunderbolt 3 Hub
I use Dell WD19TB Thunderbolt 3 Dock as a USB3 hub because of the lack of thunderbolt support in my latitude 7490. The hub does manage to power the laptop though.

Dell WD22TB4 Thunderbolt 4 Hub
WD22TB4 (service tag FOZCTN3) seems to have the same RTL8153 ethernet.
Works fine with MacBook Pro.
