• -v, --invert-match - Invert the sense of matching, to select non-matching lines.

Examples:

> sensors|grep RPM|grep -v ':                     0'
fan1:                   934 RPM  (min =    0 RPM)
fan2:                   533 RPM  (min =    0 RPM)
